Privacy Policy

1. Scope

Reeldo is a video and music player provided by DTWS ("we", "us", or "our"). This Privacy Policy applies to the Reeldo app and this Policy website.

Most Reeldo content is processed on your device. We do not provide Reeldo accounts and do not operate a backend that receives a copy of your media library, playlists, or playback history.

2. Information handling

Information on your device. When you grant the relevant Android permissions, Reeldo accesses the media and related information needed to organize and play content. App preferences and playback-related records are stored locally. If Android backup or device transfer is enabled, Google or your device platform may back up eligible app data according to your platform settings and its own privacy policy.

Advertising and consent. The free version uses Google Mobile Ads and Google's User Messaging Platform. The Mobile Ads SDK may automatically collect and share an IP address, app and advertisement interactions, diagnostic information, and advertising, app-set, device, or related account identifiers. An IP address may be used to estimate approximate location. Google uses this information for advertising, analytics, measurement, and fraud prevention. Where required, Reeldo presents Google's consent or privacy controls before eligible advertising requests.

Premium purchases. Premium purchases are processed by Google Play. Google handles your payment credentials. Reeldo receives purchase information needed to provide, verify, and restore Premium, such as the product, purchase status, purchase token, and limited order information. Reeldo protects purchase evidence in the app's private storage and does not send it to a server operated by us.

Online and user-directed services. When you use an online, device-to-device, or sharing feature, information necessary to complete your request is sent to the service or destination you select. This may include the content or address you request and ordinary connection information such as your IP address. The destination's own privacy policy applies.

Support. If you contact us, we receive the information you choose to send, such as your email address and message. Reeldo can add the app version, Android version, and device model to a feedback message only when you choose to include that information and send the message through a sharing app.

This Policy website. This page does not intentionally use advertising, analytics, forms, or cookies. It is hosted by Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare processes network and security information necessary to deliver and protect the page under its Privacy Policy.

3. How information is used

We use information for the purposes reasonably necessary to operate and secure Reeldo, remember your choices, provide support, show advertising with applicable privacy controls, process purchases, prevent fraud or misuse, and comply with law. Where applicable to processing for which we are responsible, we rely on your consent, performance of a contract, legitimate interests in operating and securing Reeldo, or compliance with legal obligations.

4. When information may be disclosed

Information may be processed by Google when it provides advertising, consent, Google Play, backup, or Android platform services; by Cloudflare when it delivers this page; by a service or destination you select; or where disclosure is reasonably necessary to comply with law or protect users, the public, our rights, or Reeldo.

We do not sell your media library or support communications for money. Google Mobile Ads may process and share the advertising-related data described above under Google's terms and privacy policy. You can review the Google Mobile Ads data disclosure and Google Privacy Policy.

5. Retention and deletion

Information stored by Reeldo on your device remains there until you remove it in the app, clear Reeldo's storage in Android settings, or uninstall the app. Copies held by Android backup or device-transfer services are retained under the platform provider's settings and policies.

Google retains advertising and purchase information under its own policies. We retain support correspondence only as long as reasonably necessary to answer the request, maintain appropriate records, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations. You may ask us to delete support information associated with your email by contacting us.

6. Your choices and rights

You can manage Reeldo's permissions and local data in Android settings, use available advertising privacy controls, reset or delete your Android advertising ID where supported, manage purchases through Google Play, and uninstall the app.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of personal information; object to or restrict certain processing; withdraw consent; or complain to a data-protection authority. To make a request, contact us below. Because most Reeldo information remains only on your device, we may not possess the local information covered by your request.

7. Security

We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information Reeldo handles. No storage or transmission method is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Services and destinations selected by you use their own security practices.

8. Children

Reeldo is not directed to children under 13 or the minimum age required in their country. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through a Reeldo account or backend service. If you believe a child has sent personal information to us, please contact us.

9. International processing

Google, Cloudflare, and other providers may process information in countries other than the one where you live. Their privacy policies describe the safeguards they use for international transfers.

10. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy when Reeldo, its providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when a revision is published. Where required, we will provide additional notice or request consent before materially different processing begins.
